Our purpose is to create more work opportunities, achieve family-sustaining wages and protect labor, training, safety, retirement and benefit standards, not just for our members, but for all construction workers.
Who We Are
This Council is composed of local building and construction trades councils and craft organizations affiliated with the Building and Construction Trades Department, A.F.L.-C.I.O.
Who We Represent
We represent building trades crafts workers of the various International Unions in the State of Missouri.
For over a decade, NABTU has hosted the annual Tradeswomen Build Nations Conference (TWBN), which has since become the largest gathering of tradeswomen in the world. This year's 14th TWBN will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, from Friday, September 27, to Sunday, September 29, at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside / New Orleans Convention Center.
